Ingredients For Making White Chocolate Snack Bars

Anytime you pass by puffed rice in the store and wonder what to do with puffed rice that’s tasty while still being healthy, here’s your answer.

So what ingredients do you need to make white Chocolate Mamra Munchies?

All you need is white chocolate, mamra or murmura which is puffed rice, black raisins, cashews, and some red chilli flakes.

You can either use white chocolate compound or pure white chocolate. Compound is a cheaper version and easier to mould, but pure chocolate is tastier. We use either at different times.

And if you’re a fan of dark chocolate instead, make the dark chocolate munchies or dark chocolate coconut bites.

How to make white chocolate mamra Munchies?

Roast the puffed rice or mamra so they get nice and crispy. Also, roast the broken cashews to get a yummy roasted nut flavor. Keep the raisins ready by removing any sticks or dirt, and halving them if you want to.

Add the melted white chocolate to the bowl of mamra, raisins, chilli flakes, and roasted broken cashews and mix it well. If you see the pic below, the chocolate was starting to seize. Got us a bit worried, but it still worked. And sis adds chili flakes for the bite, but you can skip them if you want to.

Pour the liquidized white chocolate over the mamra and dryfruits mix.
